Our interpretation of spam

The significant reason I chose to do so for this site, was that I DO NOT need to acquire or retain your credit/debit/banking data to process a purchase. This is far more important to me than just these basic privacy concerns when you are using this site to buy any item I have for sale. It ensures everyone that none of your banking data is collected and held by me or the site's systems, that could later be misused should a breach of the site's data stores result from any hack or other data theft or site leak.

Lumiworx.com may use your personal information to:

• Verify your payor identity prior to accepting payments and in processing your purchase.
• Verify your address as a viable delivery location, and as your PayPal verified ship-to address.
